Crown Regency Mactan Serviced Apartments are located approximately 15 minutes from the airport on Mactan Island. The location is bizarre. The apartments have been built in the middle of nowhere. That said, the hotel facilities are solid. They have a quaint coffee shop at the front, and 50′s – oblique – 60′s bar-resto, a small gym and a nice pool to flop around in. However, the rooms – for the price you pay – are expensive. Tiny and don’t represent good value for money. Internet is an extra cost and yes, you guessed it; not cheap. There is also nothing in the way of malls or shopping areas with walking distance from the establishment either. In fact, you are on a major artery with tonnes of cars and dust. Needless to say, you will need a taxi every time you wish to leave the property. Built in a more convenient area, and with more reasonable rates, this would be a decent place to stay. There are way better serviced apartment options in Mactan Island.
