You are most likely to come here for exceptional diving and we are not using the word loosely. Given the location and what you get, CA gives this place a big thumbs up. FYR, Cabilao is approximately a 2 hour car ride from Mactan-Cebu Airport and then a 1 hour boat ride from Argao. For divers, this place is a must see.
