Cheap room but what you get is definitely, err, very cheap! Don’t come here expecting much; at all. Most of their rooms have no window or a window with a dark service shaft view. The rooms are tiny (approx. 12 sq/mtrs) and old. At no extra cost, they all have loud, old and clunky air-conditioners. The service (for when the air conditioner or hot (warm) water breaks down is appallingly slow. For the money you pay, there are way better options. No internet in rooms.

Having said all that, the people running it are very friendly and it is clean.

The simple accommodation offers large; comfortable beds, a refrigerator, electric pot for your coffee and tea, clean bathrooms, hot and cold water for your shower. Hannah’s Place has a beach restaurant that is well known for its European and Asian dishes. Good location.

The quietest and most remote place of the island; small resort with only 4 or 5 cottages. They are all fan cooled (no aircon), contain a bed with a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower + wc and an exterior balcony. The electricity is only working from 6 pm till around 10 pm or so - unless you pay extra. You have a direct acces on a tiny white sand beach, which looks like a private beach. A great spot to see the sunset. What you get is a quiet little paradise on an island with white sand beaches, which reminds many people of Boracay before it got so crowded and exploited. Malapascua is still virgin from that point of view so if you want it authentic go there otherwise better go to Boracay. No disco’s all night here! Quite remote and romantic place. Great view on the small (almost private) beach and sunsets.

Located a stone’s throw from the shoreline. Surrounded by the lush tropical plants, flowers and orchids; makes a gorgeous tropical garden setting. Located in the central Panagsama Beach area near the European Restaurant and the Bulldogs Pub, Marina Village is a brilliant choice to get away from it all. Accommodation is fan or air-condition.
